Time to challenge your fitness like never before. Reach that cardio bliss in less time. A mix of moves to get your heart racing, using bodyweight and cardio equipment. Any running is completed outside. All levels.
THURSDAY + FRIDAY
Challenge yourself for a little longer. Build muscle mass and burn energy, long after your workout is completed. This workout will test your muscle endurance and you will head into the weekend feeling super strong. All levels.
This heart pumping, fun circuit is for cardio lovers. Any running is completed outside, with a range of cardio equipment back inside the studio, like rowers, ski ergs and assault bikes + more. All levels.
Love to lift? Get stronger and perfect your technique using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells + more. If you want to increase muscle mass and tone, this is the class for you. All levels.

STRETCH + BEND YOGA
A mix of dynamic yoga, ending with slow, yin style yoga with holding stretches and meditation. A perfect balance to the rest of your training week. Mats provided or BYO. All levels.
CORE + MOBILITY
Our famous core, posture and abs programs! These workouts are a valuable addition to your training week, in order to increase core strength, stability, mobility and prevent injury.
A great opportunity for your child/ren to experience strength and cardio exercises, in a safe and fun environment.
These programs are an absolute blast, with lots of interesting group circuits, games and “ninja warrior” style drills to keep them energised and excited.
All youth programs have been designed by Damien Kelly, with the same creative flair and exercise science basis as the adult dk programs. Suitable for 8 – 15 year olds. All levels.
