CHI (VIRTUAL)

A slow moving meditation and healing practice to lower stress and increase focus.

BREATHE (VIRTUAL)

HAYMARKET ONLY
When you are under stress, your breath may be quick and shallow. Intentional breathing, as in this practice, will help calm you. Greater oxygen flow to the brain will help you become more focused and alert. Learn to use your breath throughout the day, whenever you are feeling tension.

YOGA (VIRTUAL)

Postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.

PILATES (VIRTUAL)

Strengthen your body’s “powerhouse” – abdominals, lower back muscles, pelvic floor, hips and glutes. Feel stronger through your core and reduce back pain. Improve flexibility and posture, with stretching included as part of this class. Equipment and mats provided. All levels.

Treat yourself to this soothing stretch session, to open and release any tight and achey muscles.

Personal Training

Personal training is one-on-one training with the guidance and expertise of a qualified fitness professional whose sole focus is your specific goals.
