Get more bang for your buck in this kick ass strength circuit that also gets your heart rate up. It's what us exercise scientists call “Metabolic Conditioning”.

A mix of Dynamic, ending with slow, yin style yoga with holding stretches and meditation. A perfect balance to the rest of your week. All levels.

MAT PILATES

Strengthen your body’s “powerhouse” – abdominals, lower back muscles, pelvic floor, hips and glutes. Feel stronger through your core and reduce back pain. Improve flexibility and posture, with stretching included as part of this class. Equipment and mats provided. All levels.

OUTDOOR CIRCUIT

Great outdoors training, on the beach and on the oval! Our Bootcamp sessions offer time-efficient training with purpose – and with the added benefits of breathing the ocean air and feeling the sand and grass beneath your feet!

Personal training is one-on-one training with the guidance and expertise of a qualified fitness professional whose sole focus is your specific goals.

For many Active Live members, the social aspect of our small group training sessions is exactly what they want, but for others, an even more personalised approach is in order.
