MEET OUR FOUNDER DAMIEN KELLY
EXERCISE SCIENTIST

Hi, I’m Damien, your local fitness expert and exercise science nerd. My Bondi Junction gym has been on the block since 2012, and I love nothing more than getting to know locals (and helping them get really fit).  With 25 years industry experience, my unique workout system is based on the latest science and research, to get you leaner, faster.   I’m proud that our workouts have proven to “reduce fat whilst gaining muscle” simultaneously. Whatever your age or fitness level, I invite you to join our fantastic community and be guided by our expert coaches, in my boutique Bondi Junction gym.
