Yes – beautiful, new, clean showers, bathrooms and change room facilities are available nearby the Centre on Level 1, CBS. Weekly locker hire is available, free of charge. Towel hire via the vending machine is available for $2/towel – simply put it in the laundry basket when finished. Toiletries are available via the vending machine if you forget to bring yours.
Brand new fitness and yoga equipment is provided; simply book your chosen time and show up with a towel and water bottle. Wear appropriate activewear clothing for all classes. Sports shoes are required for all Strength and Cardio classes. All Yoga, Pilates and Barre classes are performed barefoot.
The number of participants in each Strength & Cardio session varies, with maximum space for 12 per class with 1 trainer. Our Yoga, Pilates and Barre classes each allow for 18 participants. Plan your training schedule and secure class spots by using our dedicated mobile booking app called Active Live Training.
Each class is closely guided by an expert coach, carefully selected by Damien Kelly. We will help you choose between introductory, intermediate and experienced levels in each workout. With this system, there is no need for specific “beginner classes”. Instead, we welcome new starters and experienced members to train all together, in each and every class.

If you have specific time availabilities throughout the week, need special attention around an injury, are pregnant or have recently given birth, or simply prefer the extra attention from your very own trainer, then get in touch to organise your PT sessions. We can help you come up with the right training plan, to make sure you are maximising results. We also offer 2:1 training as well as private small group training.
Yes! If you have never tried Active Live before, we would love to welcome you to try unlimited classes over a period of 14 days for just $44. This will allow you to try a variety of different workouts and then we can help you decide on your training schedule moving forward.
